From sketch to finished garment
Womenswear lives or dies on fit and fabric, so most of the work happens before bulk production:
- Brief. Sketches, a tech pack or reference garments, plus your size chart, quantities and target date.
- Pattern and first sample. We make the pattern and sew a sample in the chosen fabric or a close substitute, sent with an estimated price quotation.
- Fit and approval. You review the sample on a fit model and send comments; the approved sample becomes the reference for bulk.
- Grading. The approved pattern is graded across your size range.
- Sourcing. We source fabrics and trims and ask for your approval.
- Production and checks. Sewing, quality control, ironing and packaging with your labels.
- Shipping. Through our contracted shipping agent or the forwarder you choose.

We grade to your size chart rather than a factory standard, so your garments fit consistently across styles and reorders. To get there faster:
- send a size chart with the measurement points you care about most (bust, waist, hip, length);
- agree tolerances for key measurements before bulk;
- review a size set (one piece in several sizes) for new blocks;
